Coaching from Steeve! I was at a stage in life when everything was open to me. I wanted to make change. I was in the process of choosing a life and I was very very very unsure of anything. When I came across Steeve I immediately felt lucky to have met him since he has a hallow of positivity shining from him. As he offered a session I was hesitant since I was not sure what I was going to say and how clear I would be able to express my confused thoughts. A two hour session in which every minute was used up to it's fullest potential. I came out of that session feeling like a superwoman. Anything was possible. It's all in your hands and you have complete control. I learned that It's all matter of analyzing yourself and planning out until the last detail. I use Steeve's tools of planning and self analysis up until today and it expanded my way of planning and my self awarness. The tools are relevant for anything on a daily basis. Steeve has a lot to offer, especially when dealing with constucting an excellent career plan and life style.
My name is Blacka and I'm a dancehall choreographer living in New York City. My life seems to revolve around airports and dance studios, leaving me with little time for myself, little time to organize my tasks and even less time to speak with people who can help me organize them. I met with Steeve for a few hours training in Berlin and within that time, the exercises that he taught me has tremendously helped me with stresses that I realized I was only putting on myself because I had not been implementing the right tools. Now, my tasks seem easier to accomplish and there's a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders. I'm really grateful to have met with Steeve and I recommend anyone with the chance or opportunity to be trained by him, to please do so, the worst thing that can happen is getting your life more in order.
The reason I was highly attracted to the aspects of coaching in dance was the fact, that after my attendance at CODARTS dance academy, I was left with years of practice, technique and physical knowledge, but very little information how to be a self sustainable artist. First thing Steeve Austin guided me through, was my vision of my future. With knowing what I want to achieve, next step was to self reflect as a person, artist and an employee. After establishing my personal and professional goals it was necessary to think of every necessary and possible step to get there. That created the aspect of structure and motivation for me. It made me think of every step I need to make. Next to that, things that can go wrong and how to deal with them, in order not to downgrade my progress. I was and am, no longer taking unnecessary jobs and making decisions that would prolong or distant me from my goal, which is now defined and crystal clear. The program also changed the way I’m looking at the people and talent I do and want to connect with. I realised that people with same drive and interests are not the negative competition as they portrayed for me at the Academy, but are people you want to connect with, learn from and challenge each other. Overall, Steeve and his program challenged me into thinking not just about my goal, but also about every single step that must and could happen on the path to my personal and professional success. I regained the structure and the motivation that I lacked.
